About Paidzo
Paidzo is an invoice and receipt generator built for Indian small businesses. You can use it two ways: sign up on the web and create invoices with automatic GST calculation and a UPI QR code, or message a WhatsApp bot with something like “bill Rajesh 5000 for web design” and get the same invoice back as a PDF in the same chat.
Both surfaces run on the same backend and the same invoice logic — the WhatsApp bot is just another way to call the same functions the web app uses. Whichever one you reach for, your business details, GSTIN, and invoice numbering stay in sync.
What you get
Invoice creation
Enter a customer name, item description, and amount, and Paidzo generates a ready-to-share, sequentially-numbered invoice — no templates to fuss with.
Automatic GST calculation
Set your GSTIN once. Paidzo reads the first two digits to detect your state, then splits tax into CGST + SGST when the customer is in the same state, or charges IGST when they're in a different one. No manual tax math, ever.
WhatsApp bot invoicing
Message a plain-language line like "bill Rajesh 5000 for web design" to the Paidzo WhatsApp number, and you get a finished invoice PDF back in the same chat — it automatically pulls in your saved business details.
UPI QR code on every invoice
Every invoice carries a UPI QR code, pre-filled with the amount and the invoice number as the payment note. Your customer scans it with any UPI app and pays you directly — the money never passes through Paidzo.
PDF invoices
Every invoice can be downloaded as a clean, print-ready PDF and shared over WhatsApp or as a link — ready to send the moment it's created.
Invoice dashboard
See every invoice by status — draft, sent, or paid — with totals pending vs. paid at a glance, so you always know where your money is.
